The Environmental Graphic Design for the offices of Urban Catalyst (a real estate equity fund focused on ground-up development projects in downtown San Jose), pursued the premise to project the young spirit of its founders within the workspace, and the potential of expansion of the brand as a provider of business opportunities in property investment. 

The overall look & feel of the space is conceived from a reduced palette of cold tones; giving priority to blues, grays and a great presence of white - embracing the corporate colors - with a clean, modern illustration approach of landmarks in the San Jose Area. The offices are located near Adobe and Zoom HQ in San Jose, with a great view of the city skyline.
